Recently, our team closed on the land through a joint venture partnership with STAG Industrial, Inc. This 284,233 SF rear-load building will feature a 36’ clear height, 52 dock positions, 2 drive-in doors, 24 trailer parking stalls, and a 2,495 SF spec office. This facility is expected to deliver Q3 2025.
