The H Foundation, is united by the common goal to make a difference in the fight against cancer – a cause that is very dear to the entire employee base of Becknell. Employees in Action

Our local market employees also help guide our corporate contribution department to ensure we stay in touch with our communities’ greatest needs. Our associates serve as the ambassadors of the company’s generosity of spirit. As part of our Community Service Day program, every full-time associate receives two full days of paid time off to impact the community serving during regular work hours. We encourage our teams to commit their skills, passion and time to serve as an active volunteers and civic citizens.
